1. RS-901K LED cutting and forming machine
- Machine can work for 3mm and 5mm LED, or other flat LED. For different size LED, need to change grippers. For different forming shapes, can change forming die.
- Available forming shapes: Cut LED leads only, cut and bend 90 angles, cut and kink (front-rear kink). Forming die can be customized.
- Advantanges: Machine is easy to adjust, It is a multi-functional a lead forming machine, can also work for varistors, film capacitor, capacitors, etc. For different components and forming shapes, it is easy to change grippers and forming die.
- Feeder bowl detects LED polarity by two leg length difference.
2. RS-901AW High efficiency LED forming machine with polarity tester
- Machine can work for 3mm and 5mm LED, or other flat LED. For different size LED, need to change grippers. For different forming shapes, can change forming die.
- Available forming shapes: Cut LED leads only, cut and bend 90 angles, cut and kink (out or inside kink) or other forming required forming shapes. Forming die can be customized.
- Advantanges: Machine is easy to adjust and use. It is a fast speed LED forming machine, can reach 8000-12000pcs/H.
- With tester, it can detect polarity. The tester is programmable, so operator can set voltage, current, etc, which can make sure accurate polarity test.
3. RS-909 LED forming machine
- RS-909 can work for 3mm or 5mm LED. This machine is customized, one machine can only work for 1 type LED. Comparing RS-909, above RS-901AW and RS-901K are more universal.
- Shapes it can do: Bend 90 angles, front-rear kink, cut leads only, etc
- Automatic feeding, automatic separation of positive and negative poles (electrical test is also available), the equipment is molded at 90 degrees. Note: 180 degrees, single foot
- The special receiving head vibrates the plate, which automatically separates the positive and negative poles (it can also be tested with electricity). Equipped with a detector control device, the positive and negative electrodes are detected through the instrument (with a material return device). Enter the turntable to work together, feed the material and cut the feet to form.
- Disadvantages: Customized machine, can only work for 1 type LED, and 1 type forming shape.
4. RS-903/903C paper tape package LED cutting and forming machine
- RS-903/903C is an automatic radial lead forming machine.It can work single-side taped components, like taped LED, capacitor, varistor, CBB, etc.
- Works for 12.5MM or 15MM tape hole distance. Note: For 12.5MM and 15MM pitch, it needs to change gear accessories.
- Led cutting and forming can be finished at same time. It can make 90 degrees bending, kinking, cut legs to different length, etc. Forming die can be customized accroding to forming shapes.
- For different forming shapes, can change forming dies.
Note: RS-903C has one more working station, so it can be installed more forming die for more complicated forming shapes.
5. RS-901B LED lead Cutting Machine
This machine can automatic feed LED, then cut legs to same length, shortest length to 3.0MM.
Standard machine works for 3-5MM round LED. However we can customize feeder bowl according to customer's components. It can reach 6000-8500pcs per hour. It is a high efficiency machine.
